North Star Behavioral Health System is seeking a General Adult or Addiction Psychiatrist to join our established behavioral health team. This role is open to 100% Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite arrangements for the right-fit candidate. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS Adult General Inpatient Psychiatry. Primarily inpatient practice. Successful candidates will thrive in highly team-based treatment team environments. Optional outpatient, PHP, and residential treatment involvement. Flexible scheduling, including block schedules or Monday-Friday. Full-time or part-time options available. Shared weekend coverage, choice of Remote or Onsite (approximately 1:5). One evening of phone-only call per week. Dedicated clinical support staff and multidisciplinary treatment team. Optional leadership opportunity available. Teaching and mentoring opportunities available. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments. Manage treatment plans and medication regimens. Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings. Complete documentation and discharge planning. Provide ongoing care for assigned patients. & BENEFITS Competitive package.
